Terms of service

Last updated September 8, 2026

The service

Revlift provides A/B price-testing tools for Shopify stores. By installing the app you agree to these terms. Revlift is currently in early access; features and pricing may change with notice.

Your responsibilities

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Development-store installs run in test mode and are never charged. You can cancel by uninstalling the app; charges already incurred are not refunded except where required by law.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If Revlift is unreachable, your storefront falls back to normal prices automatically - a test never blocks checkout.

Acceptable use

You may not use Revlift to deceive shoppers, violate platform rules, or infringe others' rights. We may suspend access for abuse.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revlift is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

Either side can end this agreement at any time: you by uninstalling, us by notice. On termination your access token is revoked and data is handled per the privacy policy.
